We believe in simplicity.

No overhead costs: 100% goes toward furthering the Gospel.

You won’t hear an emphasis on bringing people into a building (the church is people) but rather equipping and sending as Jesus commissioned -

“Go and tell!..” (Mt. 11:2-6; Jn. 20:17-18; Mt. 28:19-20).

The early church followed the “priesthood of believers” model (1 Pet. 2:9), 

no titles or compensation – opportunities for all to serve within their spiritual gifts.

Jesus gave freely and encouraged his followers to do the same:

“Freely you have received; freely give” (Mt. 10:8).

The gospel spread rapidly without a focus on the externals (Acts 2:47).

Apostolic writers encouraged the church to glorify the Lord (1 Cor. 10:31) and approach the Father with humility (Phil. 2:12), awe and reverence (Heb. 12:28-29).

Jesus said his house will be a house of prayer (Mt. 21:13). “And they dedicated themselves to the apostles’ teaching, the breaking of bread, and to prayer…” (Acts 2:42).

Around the world, the home church is experiencing marked growth. Parts of the world do not think of church as a building, but rather the people of God gathering to worship.  When the focus shifts from a building to people – as it was intended – the Gospel is carried. The simple home church remains an effectual model for sanctification and the activation of the priesthood of believers.  Aquila, Priscilla and Paul worked in a modest home as tentmakers in the coastal city of Corinth, and yet through this small fellowship the gospel of Christ was carried throughout the known world.
